My favourite place for a Schnitty or a Parmie depending on what state you’re from burnt down recently so I am on the hunt for a new go-to location. (It was the Brunswick Hotel in Hobart, thanks for asking).
Are you a traditional parmie eater? Meat, sauce and cheese? Or do you prefer an exotic like meat, Mexican salsa, cheese, jalapeños and corn chips? Do you eat yours with a beer or chase it down with a cheeky Pino Grigio?
However, you like your Schnitty we have started a list of places we think to deliver one of the best in the country. Check them out and let us know what you think. If you know of one we have missed please send us a suggestion to go on the list.
Safe travels and good eating.
